Nevsky Shipyard was an exhibitor at International Exhibition of Shipbuilding, Shipping, Port Operations and Oceanic and Continental Shelf Development «Neva-2011» (20-23 September, 2011, St Petersburg, Russia). The exhibition became one of the four biggest shipbuilding exhibitions in the world. . With each exhibition the numbers of domestic and foreign exhibitors and national pavilions increase. This year the exhibitors were 650 companies and enterprises from 40 countries including 17 National Pavilions and Expositions.
During the work of the exhibition «Nevsky Shipyard» represented to professional public its advanced shipbuilding projects: Multipurpose salvage vessel, capacity 4 MW, Project MPSV07 (Design Bureau - «Marine Engineering Bureau-Design-SPb», JSC), Self-propelled dry-cargo vessel of RSD49 project (Design Bureau - «Marine Engineering Bureau-Design-SPb», JSC), Self-propelled bunker barge for coastal trade, SK4902/10021 Project (Design Bureau - Skipskonsulent AS, Bergen, Norway), as well as modernization and remodelling projects.
Every day the booth of “Nevsky Shipyard”, LLC was visited by a big number of registered participants as well as by interested visitors. For the visitors of the Shipyard Stand all the conditions were provided. The visitors could get the information about the principal areas of the Shipyard’s business such as shipbuilding, ship repair, modernization and remodelling; get answers to questions of interest and negotiate with the representatives and the administration of Nevsky Shipyard.
Thanks to the efforts of the organizers the Exhibition has become not only the significant event of the shipbuilding industry but also a favourable site to exchange opinions between Russian and International companies, to meet with design engineering companies, manufacturers and suppliers of equipment as well as with colleagues.
