On October 30th, 2013, the vessel set off on her maiden voyage from Nevsky Shipyard’s quay in Schliesselburg to North-West of Russia for cargoes transportation in Europe countries.
During the navigation period from May to October 2013 in inland waterways of Russia the first five vessels of «NEVA-LEADER» project transported mainly equipment from North and South Europe to ports of Volga, Kama and Caspian Seas as well as wood from Volga-Baltic ports to Scandinavia, grain from Sea of Azov ports to Italy and Egypt.
In the coming months the vessels will transport grain, metal and fertilizer between the ports of North, Baltic, Black and Mediterranean Seas.
In the period from November, 2012 to October, 2013 the vessels - “NEVA-LEADER 1”, “NEVA-LEADER 2”, “NEVA-LEADER 3”, “NEVA-LEADER 4” and “NEVA-LEADER 5”- transported over 220 000 tons of cargo.
