A unique stand was developed according to the programs and methods of Joint Stock Corporation «Shipbuilding & Shiprepair Technology Center» (JSC "SSTC") DB “Armas” at Nevsky Shipyard under the supervision of military representation.

The stand allows testing tips with automatic quick-release hose connections of the Dy50, Dy100 and Dy150 type.

The test stand was certified by “D.I. Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology” (VNIIM). During the acceptance test each factory-made tip was successfully tested. After completion of the acceptance tests the quality of the fittings was checked. In addition, bearer tests of the tips were successfully carried out by the Technical Control Department (TCD). Qualification tests were held strictly under the supervision of military acceptance.

After agreeing all the necessary documents, the manufacture of the tips and receivers of quick-release connections will be included in the list of the machine-building part of the Shipyard.

The project is unique because it almost has no analogues in the Russian Federation.
