An exhibition dedicated to the Nevsky

Shipyard opened in Shlisselburg As part of a series of events dedicated to the celebration of the 325th anniversary of the creation of the Russian Fleet, Nevsky Shipyard together with the Museum of the History of Shlisselburg opened a temporary exhibition telling about the history of the enterprise.

The opening of the exposition which was attended by representatives of Nevsky Shipyard, museum staff, media representatives, took place on May 31, 2021 in the hall of the Museum of the History of Shlisselburg (Shlisselburg branch of the State Budgetary Institution of Culture of the Leningrad Region "Museum Agency"), dedicated to Nevsky Shipyard.

The exposition of the temporary exhibition is structured according to the chronological principle and includes several thematic sections: Nevsky Shipyard history, the main stages of the enterprise's development, the modern ships of the Shipyard.

The exhibition presents models of ships and vessels of Nevsky Shipyard, built in different periods of Shipyard's activity; photo and video materials; commemorative badges and signs, and other exhibits. Shlisselburg residents and guests of the town will be told about the history of the creation of the Russian fleet, the history of Nevsky Shipyard and the most significant ships built by Nevsky Shipyard.

The temporary exhibition will run until the end of this year. It is planned that at least 500 people will visit the exhibition every month.
