The enterprise concluded a cooperation agreement with Polytechnic College of Kirovsk, Water Transport College of Schliesselburg , Novosibirsk and Volga State Academy of Water transport, Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping and organizes internship for students of these educational institutions. After graduating a lot of students find employment at Nevsky Shipyard.
