Machine-building is one of Nevsky Shipyard’s activities.

Machine-building production has at its disposal necessary facilities and skilled personnel for manufacturing a wide range of equipment for marine and other purposes.

Nevsky Shipyard is the only enterprise in Russia producing slipway equipment: dollies, friction - drive winches for comb slipways being widely used in Russia and in former Soviet republics.

Launching dolly SG2M-300

The dolly is intended for vessels lifting/launching with comb slipways of shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises in the conditions of temperate climate. Dolly driving is carried out with the help of winch. The dolly undercarriage consists of wheel slopes with slider bearings, fixed to the lower strakes of frame side rails. There are barrel-type rubber shock absorbers between bearings and support points of frame lower strakes. The shock absorbers contribute to pressure equalization between wheels.

Nevsky Yard also manufactures slipway dollies with light-weight characteristics for small slipways.

Friction winch LG2М-20/40

The friction hoist is intended for vessels lifting/launching with comb slipways of shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises in conditions of a temperate climate.

Steering hydraulic gears and rudder propeller unit

The Shipyard produces and carries out repair of steering hydraulic gears and rudder propeller unit.

Nevsky Shipyard also has a great experience in production of deck equipment, mechanisms, deck fittings, including covers, hatchways, manholes, ladders, hydraulic cylinders of hatch covers. The Shipyard produces crane constructions for portal, ship and bridge cranes. The weight of such constructions is up to 80 t.
