April, 17th, 2009. The basic outfitting works having been completed and mooring tests having been successful, the floating self-propelled restaurant started sea trials. During the construction of this restaurant the elements of dry-cargo m/v  " SТ-630 " retired from operation were used. If there are any faults revealed during sea trials, the shipyard will eliminate them and after that the vessel will be delivered to the owner and put into operation. At the moment the motor-vessel has no new name. It is the second vessel of this type built by the shipyard under the project of "Spetssudoproect Штсю" developed for group of companies «Concord». The first one, named « River Palace » by the owner, was delivered to the customer last year in summer and after she had been operated during several months in St.-Petersburg she was bound for Moscow. « River Palace »   will start her first cruising voyage along the Moskva river as soon as navigation season of 2009 is opened. The company " Concorde Kejtering ", Saint-Petersburg,  has already made the presentation of this vessel-restaurant. The main deck of the floating restaurant has an area of    800 sq.m which is enough to receive 300 visitors. The interior design of the hall is in blue colors with silver, with a ceiling gilt crystal lusters, marble floor of the deck and walls-windows are made from the curved Italian glass enabling the visitors to enjoy city views. The berthplace of the « River Palace » is Berezhkovskaja naberezhnaya at the Kiev railway station in Moscow. The new floating restaurant will start cruising along the river Neva in St.-Petersburg as soon as the navigation is opened.
